Hi Zarzash,
I believe the compatibility problem only occurs with on Win95/95 systems running PowerChute Personal Edition v1.x versions. If you've got a Windows 2000 or newer OS, and are using atleast version 2.0 of Power Chute Personal Edition, you should be OK.
