What is the PowerChute and Symantec Norton AV incompatibility?

Hello,

the RELEASE NOTES of PowerChute Personal Edition 2.0 talks about an
incompatibility with Symantec Norton AV Corporate Edition?

Does anybody knows what this incompatibility is about?

I find no details and fail to get the information from APC support.

Hi Zarzash,
I believe the compatibility problem only occurs with on Win95/95 systems running PowerChute Personal Edition v1.x versions. If you've got a Windows 2000 or newer OS, and are using atleast version 2.0 of Power Chute Personal Edition, you should be OK.
