Very Easy Question XS-1300 Battery Indicator

Hi,

I feel dumb asking this but I can't tell if my XS-1300 is fully charged or not. I have no devices plugged in and have left it on power for two days. The battery indicator is blank - I was kind of expecting it to be "Full"

So the load is blank which is good, but so is the battery - shouldn't the battery show as full - or is it the opposite?
