We have purchased 12 units of APC Symmetra LX Battery Module. how can i verify that these units are genuine and originally manufacture by APC and what is the status of their warranty.

i do not have invoice i bought these unit from local market along with 12 unit of SYPM4KI. These units are verified from APC web site this link: http://www.apc.com/site/support/PK/en/product/SYPM4KI

but when i try verify SYBT5 from this link: http://www.apc.com/site/support/PK/en/product/SYBT5/

It shows the following message

please help me in this regard that how i can establish the fact that these above units are genuine and originally manufacture by APC

The key to this is the serial #. Can you paste the serial #s? If they all start with the same 6 digits, you don't have to post all of them.

First 6 digit of all modules serial number are same.

These were all made in mid 2010. There is no way to know for sure that they are original or not. I can only tell you when they were made. Many have tried to replace internal batts in our SYBT5's but if they were, we wouldn't know as the serial # wouldn't change
