Hi,

We have recently upgraded some of our older APC UPS's for a newer larger version with a built in network management card.

On one server that is running Windows Server 2003, both the Powerchute business edition server and console are installed. I have tried to uninstall both products to be able to install the Powerchute network shutdown utility but get the following error -

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\10\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Can anyone explain how to fix this?
