We bought and installed this UPS just one or two weeks ago. This morning when I came in my coworkers told me that it was beeping and they pushed a button to turn the beep off. I somehow doubt that it needs a new battery yet.
Below is the output from NUT (Network UPS Tools) upsc application. My workstation generally runs about 140 to 170 watts, which is only about 20% load. So, what is wrong? What do we do?
Thanks in advance.

Dear Gary,
the report which you pasted shows that the battery is installed. However, I would suggest you to check if the battery is installed correctly in the UPS. It is very easy to check. Pls remove the battery compartment door at the bottom and see if the battery cartridge is placed correct. Instruction label is pasted on the battery cartridge.
And also please check the exact message of the error of the LCD display to know what is the exact symptom. the user manual of the UPS has got the details of the LCD display messages which will be useful in identifying the cause of the beep.
If it does not work, then please contact the support team for warranty replacement of the battery if your unit is under warranty.
