Unable to share access to registered SmartConnect Smart-UPS
I have multiple separate accounts with APC/Schneider where I have Smartconnect enabled and one or more Smart-UPS registered. This is because I have my own bunch for my office, and manage several others for other company's offices. Each is tied to a different email address (my address for IT support at each company).
I have a SMART-UPS 1500 registered incorrectly to one of my accounts, and want to move it to another. of my accounts It happens to be the only device registered tot hat wrong account, so I don't even need the account if that matters.
Via the Smartconnect site, I successfully send the share request for the device from my old account, using the email address of my correct account. It says it has submitted the email to share. I never receive it. I am the email implementer and administrator of our Microsoft Office365 and can confirm we have never received the share email - its not in junk blocked etc. I don't think the emails are actually being sent by Schenider.
I don't mind deleting the APC unit from one account and re-registering to the other, but it has a paid 3 year Advanced subscription, and I don't want to lose that. We are not selling or transferring, I'm still the admin and it is still owned by and in possession of the company that bought it. I don't mind losing logging/history, but don't want to lose the Advanced subscription.
