Unable to plug anything into my APC ES 550
I have a brand new APC ES 550 that I just took out of the box and I cannot plug 3 prong cords into 6 of the 8 outlets. When looking straight down into the outlets on the APC ES 550 I see where the problem is. On 6 of the 8 outlets I see 2 gold plated tabs (1 on each side) almost completely covering the round ground outlet about a half an inch down. These gold plated tabs are only in the ground part so I can still plug 2 pronged cords into these 6 outlets just not 3 pronged cords. The gold plated tabs are about half an inch down and only leave an opening between them of approx 1/16 of an inch. No matter how hard I press I cannot plug any 3 pronged cords into these 6 outlets. Any advise on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
