UTS10BI: Default Source?

Hello,

Is the default source for the uts10bi utility even when there is a gen source connected? Will the ATS only switch when the utility is off?

Yes, the default source for the UTS is line power. The UTS will indicate whether or not is sees generator input, however will only switch to Generator once the Line power falls outside of the predefined operating parameters.
