I have a UPS750 protecting a HP Proliant G6 server running windows 2008 SP2. The UPS750 reports comms lost about 2-3 times a day. About 2 time a month the server goes to sleep due to 'critical battery'. The first is just an annoyance, the second is a real problem. Any help appreciated

Hi James, what type of software are you use to monitor the server (Powerchute Business edition or an NMC card maybe?) Also the full model and serial number of the UPS could help as well.
