Hello All,
I have a 1100 VA APC UPS which auto switches off many a times and I have to manually switch on every time this happens.
This is a pain to restart the UPS every time when we need the uninterrupted power.
Please advise.
Thanks !
Rocking Ster

Based on the limited information provided the most obvious reasons are expired RBC or defective unit that needs to be replaced.
The RBC is rated to provide 2-5 years of service based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.
In most countries the hardware is covered by a 3 year warranty and 2 for the RBC.
Provide the following information in its entirety if you want better support and insight:
APC UPS SKU, the following logs minus any (PI) data: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.
The above information will be limited by the software version / hardware present - not present:
APC Power Chute: PCPE, PCBE, PCSS, PCNS.
NMC: All the above logs are available if the NMC is present.
