Hello,
Aside from Powerchute personal, are there any available diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting UPS'? I have a number of RS 800s that I'm running into intermittent issues on, other than playing the battery swap game (process if elimination using a known-good battery) I'd like to do some stress testing on both questionable units, as well as verifying units that I've just swapped the battery on to make sure they're viable to deploy.
Thanks

There are more options for Smart-UPS units. As far as for Back-UPS RS units, there are some open source programs such as APCUPSD that function in a similar fashion to PCPE and may be able to help you do testing. Keep in programs such as this are not license for use by APC or supported through APC tech support. You could also do long-duration power outage simulations or possibly come up with a battery test using a high quality digital multimeter that is capable of logging data.
