UPS cant go on-line after operation from the battery

Hello,

I have Back-UPS 800VA, SN:JB0521011926

After restoring the power, UPS can´t go back to on-line from operation from the battery. I can hear relay going to on-line and in a instant back to battery.

Have you any idea what is the problem?

Hi,

The issue could be a relay fault or a sensor fault. In either case the UPS should be replaced. It is 14 yeas old and was not manufactured with user replaceable parts with the exception of the battery.
