A power outage happened in my house because of an overload the breaker went down and there was no power. i expected my back up supply to last for at least a few minutes but as soon as there's no power, my pc and monitor were turned off. the power supply LED was flashing green and was still powering my monitor and pc but my pc had shut down.

i tried to recreate the incident by unplugging the power supply from the power source but it immediately provide power to my pc and monitor without letting either one shut down.

please help me with this because the ups is new and i dont think theres any problem with the battery and i've checked every connection and everything is connected correctly. Thank you !!
