I recently bought a new UPS - BX1100C-IN. It was working well without any issues. But today it started to behave strangely.
Whenever the UPS is fully charged, it automatically goes into battery mode for few seconds making clicking sounds and then goes back to charging mode. All this happens when it is connected to a power source and there is no power failure or low voltage.
I'm not sure what the issue is. Please check the attached video and help me out.

Hi Karthik,
I recommend reviewing the unit's user manual for information pertaining to operation.
There are only a few things which would cause the UPS to switch to battery;
It is not possible to determine an Over voltage or Under voltage situation, Frequency outside the operating range or distorted sine-wave without the appropriate electrical measuring devices.
I believe the unit is operating as designed and is reacting to one or some of the above mentioned conditions.
