UPS BH500|NET username and password problem

Hello,

I have problem with username and password on device. I have UPS BH500|NET and i can`t login to the device after change username and password. If I use reset button, config device will change to the default settings, but username and password NO. apc/apc not worked. Can You help me?

Hey there,

I got the same problem with a APC Back-UPS HS 500. I changed my password several times before, but this time I also used symbols. I think this is the point where the firmware gets the problem. Anyway, could you help me the same way as the other ones here?
