Hello All,
We shipped some RS1500 for use in a non-profit org in Pakistan. However, the UPS is continously running in battery mode, and beeping all the time even if the power is available. The status always reads battery mode.
Could this be due to voltage differences? Is there a way to re-calibrate the UPS for the voltage in Pakistan?

The RS BR1500i works on 220-240V mains, the RS BR1500 does not!

If your unit is the 1500i it should work fine in Pakistan. Have you had some one check the voltage level coming out from the wall outlet? The default sensitivity of this model makes it switch to battery when the input voltage is at 165V. This is usual in some third world countries...

Can you verify the model number you shipped them?
Being in CA, the UPS you would've had access to is the BR1500, specs are below:
