UPS 500 ES doesn't power off

Hi

After switching off the ups (power button), voltage is still available on all the unit plugs.

Everything else is working fine (battery test, battery charging,...)

Does anyone knows the cause of this issue.

Do you frequently turn it on and off? It may just be faulty now from turning it on and off so many times which we typically suggest you just leave it on all of the time. Also, I think the on/off switch just controls the Battery Back Up outlets and surge only outlets are always on if AC power is present. So, are you talking about the "battery back up + surge" outlets because that is what my answer would apply to.
