Hello,
I have one question regarding an "event" occurred.
I was changing battery to a Back - UPS Pro900, while taking UPS (with the bay opened, just after the replacement) on the ground, the battery disengaged and drop on floor from aopprox 50 cm. It hitted floor by one of its edge; after that the bigger damage was on floor itself (wooden floor, that resulted in a scratch). At visual inspection battery has no damage/scratch.
My question is : can I still use this battery in safe conditions? Is there any risk that it can explode/burn/start any other big damage?
Thank yuo and best regards,
F.Brighi

As long as the battery is not visibly cracked, it should be fine. I'd only be concerned if the plastic case was cracked. Regardless, if it was damaged, the worst thing I'd expect is a leak that we'd suggest you put baking soda on to neutralize any acid. No other major risks besides making a little bit of a mess based on what you're describing.
