Hi All

what is the effect to the UPS if the incoming supply come with high THD its above the THD rating of the UPS? and it can affect the connect load of the UPS?. Provided im using on-line and line-inter active UPS..Thanks in advance.

ah ok, so im expected that all our APC ups is THD regulated at the output, its good to hear that IPaW.
BTW, if the UPS is operate on battery mode due to high THD, at the powerchute or NMC will be appear on the event log? stated that the UPS on battery due to high THD?

it will say "UPS: on battery due to an input power problem" in the event log.
