Hello.
Does APC carry any tiny sized UPS, with a few outlets, that can connect to any home powered electronics (e.g., a non-battery cordless phone base system) during power outages in USA? However, both CyberPower and APC's UPSes are big and heavy. π
Thank you in advance. π

Thanks. That's a big/tall.

There used to be smaller Back-UPS units, down to 250VA or perhaps smaller. Those seem to have been superseded by the Back-UPS Connect product line, which sounds exactly what you are looking for. From the above link, "Back-UPS Connect is an innovative UPS product family that is designed to power networking equipment for prolonged periods of time during blackouts. Run a router, modem and other low-power devices for 3 to 5 hours during a power outage. Access to the internet is a critical component of our personal and professional lives. Unfortunately, power outages break our lines of communication for business operations, news and weather updates, and restrict us from contacting friends and family. At APC by Schneider Electric, we understand the network is critical to your everyday life. Back-UPS Connect will keep your network running, even when the power goes out."
These appear to have Qty 3 of 2-prong (ungrounded) outlets. I've never used one, so I can't give you a review.

Thanks. Ooh, a good small size, but it seems to only have 2 holes per plug socket? What about three/3 holes? I forgot to mention that this will be in USA.

For the devices you mentioned in your original post, you wouldn't need a grounded receptacle. I have never see a cordless phone base that wasn't running off a small 12V DC transformer with just the two prongs to plug into the 120V line. Really, the only thing that couldn't run off these little guys because it has a grounded cord would be decent network gear (like Cisco switches and routers). Darn shame too, because a small switch that is not moving much traffic could probably go for hours on even a 70VA UPS.
