The naming convention of the UPS models is confusing
For example, the BE550G "name / title" is: APC Back-UPS ES 8 Outlet 550VA 120V . . . but the Model "name" is: BE550G . . . What is ES?
You know that it's a UPS, backup power . . . I think they should just call it the: APC BE550G 8 Outlet 550VA 120V, and then the Model name corresponds

Hello,
ES is the UPS family. You can use Schneider Electric FAQ FA334689 as a reference.

Thanks. I see in the video, it's explained how the name of some UPS have the "family" name, while others use the Model number . . . Doesn't that create some un-necessary confusion? . . . I would change it to just using the Model number as the name, then when you pull that up, you can find the "family" it belongs to . . . Everyone understand "Model Number: - - - -"
