The computer does not restart automatically when there is a power outage.

Hi, I have a computer with Windows 11 at home and in addition a TV screen and some other equipment connected to the UPS.
As soon as there is a power outage, the TV screen goes black and the red button flashes for a few seconds until it turns off completely and the computer also flashes for a few seconds and turns off at once as if there is no UPS (does not turn off properly)
It doesn't seem like it's not fully utilized and the settings also look fine, do you have an idea? I am also attaching pictures. thank you

I have several computers running on Windows 11 and none behave like that when there is a power outage so I guess  you should check on the compter if it recognizes the UPS when listed on the device manager list under Battery and properties should identify your UPS. You should also check in the Windows power management settings what shoud  the computer do. The only computer on our house that shut off inmediately ( unfortunately this started after the latest firmware update)  when there is a power outage is my wife´s Mac Mini no matter what,  so I will replace it´s UPS with a dual conversion model which it´s output is always on.

Can you confirm computer shuts down improperly & not hibernating which means next time you turn on the pc it starts from exactly where you left off incl any opened programs & windows before hibernation? Also, the PowerChute Serial Shutdown software does not work correctly with many older/legacy models so also try PowerChute Personal Edition software to see if it helps (uninstall serial shutdown first).

My device is still under warranty so I also talked to the company that provides me service and they said that the problem could be with the batteries, today they should bring me a new one. I will update you if it still happens. Thanks
