Hi,
I have got a 1500 smart UPS and it is configured to generate some alerts.
At the moment, I have disabled the following alert for my email address
UPS: Enabled AVR Trim; high incoming line voltage
So I do not receive this alert. but the problem I have is that I keep receiving following clearing alert.
UPS: AVR Trim no longer active
Is there a way that I can stop receiving the clearing alert ?
The version of NMS is 3.2.1.
Thanks,
kumara.

Hi Chrisri30 ,
Thank you very much for your advice.
It was really helpful and was able to disable the alert successfully.
Regarding the overvoltage issue, I am working on it and trying to find out the cause of this problem.
Wish you a merry Xmas and a happy new year.
Thanks,
Kumara

If you go to the administration tab, then go to notification. By event will be selected so click on where it says power events to the right. You then need to find UPS: Compensating for a high input voltage or something similar. Click on that event which will bring up notifications for that specific event. You will notice a line saying clearing event followed for a code, such as *0x010E*. You would then need to go to the address bar at the top of your web browser and replace the code under code= with the code you found under the clearing event. If you press enter, it should bring up the notifications for the clearing event. If this is a constant issue (over voltage), you may want to work with tech support to try to determine the cause as the UPS going in and out of this state will likely cause a pre mature failure to the UPS.
