Hi. I have surt 6000xli ups which does not come on. I have checked the power lead. I have checked the batteries and the fuses. Both on the battery packs and internal. Any advice to what I can do?

Hi Johann,

I would expect the unit to power on through a cold start at least. Can you provide the exact Model / Serial number of the unit? You've indicated you have checked the batteries and the input power. Can you provide the battery voltage observed on the battery packs?
