Stabilizing home power for the whole house

I have the need to stabilize the power into the house. We are getting the run around from the power company. It appears power flucuations started after they changed to a regulating power meter to the point where lights dim intermittenly throughout the day. Our Monstor A/V monitor shows power flucuations from 105 - 121 V. This occurs everyday. The power company of course says it is a home wiring issue. We have a generator so plan to run on generator only for a day or two to monitor flucuations; hopefully the lack of them.

Put aside the desire to have the power company fixed the issue. We need it fixed because have lost a refrigerator, dishwasher and wine cooler to this problem so far. I beleive we are looking for a "Automatic Voltage Regulator system". The home is 6500 SF if that matters but I don't have a current useage guideline. The service line is 200 amps.

Are there devices to regulate power/current into a whole home? What is an approximate price? I am guessing it would be 10k + since the generator was in the 20k range. Feel free to surprise me with a much lower price if possible. I want to know if it's possible and a starting point before going to sales.

In the past we have not seen issues with cut-over or running on the generator. It just hasn't been needed since this issue.

The closest queston I found was this post: http://forums.apc.com/spaces/6/racks-rack-accessories-cooling/forums/general/4919/acsc100-condenser-... though no firm answer was given.

Thank you. Sorry for missing your recommendation in the prior post. However, since we are not looking for UPS given our generator, that does not seem to match anyway.

Again,
Thank you.

Chris,

As I posted in the other thread you referenced, you'd be looking at something like a Symmetra LX. The problem with something large enough to regulate voltage and provide battery power is that you also need cooling at the service panel, because that's where this is going to be installed.

But in short, there is no whole-residence Automatic Voltage Regulation devices manufactured by APC.

We do residential surge protection, and home/home office UPS's.

It's unfortunate that your electric company is not looking to make you a desired customer by fixing the problem for you or at least working with a local electrician to solve the problem.
