What browser are you seeing this problem on?!? What are the results using another web browser such as Chrome, Fire Fox, Edge, etc?
What specific version of Power Chute are you using?
Also show me what the settings are defined to for history, cache, cookies, etc.

Hi, I normally use Opera, but I've tried also chrome (all updated to the last version on windows 11) and the issue persist. You can select disable all sound, but when you reboot the pc the sounds are still enabled, also on the menu. I use PowerChute Serial Shutdown Agent 1.3.0.301, I wasn't having those issues with the old Powerchute version program installed on Windows 10, not via browser. The settings of history cache and cookies are irrelevant, they are all default, I haven't changed.

Suggest you use PCPE in the interim and submit a service request with APC Technical Support to help identify root cause and report back the outcome.
You’ll need to provide the UPS SKU, Serial number, receipt, and brief description of the problem and any relevant logs from both UPS / PCSS.
