Hi everyone, I have a Matrix 5000 UPS with one smart cell XR battery pack. I need to replace the batteries.
From my reading of the documentation, the batteries are hot-swappable. Do I simply put the UPS in isolation mode and start replacing batteries?
I would appreciate someone confirming that this is the safe way to do this. I like to be respectful of abundant potential energy.
Thanks, Dennis

hello. this procedure does not require you to put the UPS in bypass but you can if you want. you can just hot swap them without doing that part.
