I have a Smart-UPS VT 10 kVa running four batteries. It is currently showing 1 bad battery. Am I able to remove one battery and reconfigure it to run off of the three remaining batteries so I can clear the bad battery fault? If I remove any of the batteries the unit shows no batteries connected.
Thanks in advance for the help!
