The only official supplier I know of for out-of-warranty systems is Coastal Business Machines. I'd be very surprised if they would sell you a single internal board like this. There are a lot of interrerlated adjustments between the different boards in the UPS, even when they're the same manufacture date. As dates move farther apart, the issues of getting the pieces to work together become far more complex.
I'd see what you could get on a trade-in offer toward a newer UPS.
