Smart UPS 620 SU620INET

I lost the software coming with the UPS and now I need it to control the information of UPS and turn of the pc in case of power failure.
Can you please tell me how can I get it?

Please note that I try to use the last free software from APC web site, but it seems not to recognize the UPS (i use a DIN9 serial cable).
Can someone help me?

which software did you try? This UPS is older and initially probably came with PowerChute Plus. The replacement for that is PowerChute Business Edition. See if you can download version 9.1. If that's what you tried, let me know what specific issue you ran into.
