Smart UPS 1000VA 120 V LCD says no ac power

Maybe I originally put this in the wrong thread. But there's more info. What's up with this thing???

This has happened three times in three days. Everything is fine, then it goes off ac power. The log says

6/16/1300:32:57Power Failed
6/16/1300:32:55Online (Green Mode) - Exited

The ON BAT indicator is on and it's growling.

This is what the data log shows for the moment it went off:

6/16/1300:32:35129.6129.627.010060.060.013.635.5

and from the same time 24 hours earlier, when it didn't quit.

6/15/1300:32:35125.2125.227.010060.060.0210.436.0

The power hasn't failed! I'm seeing 70 minutes of run time when it's working so I'm not overloading it. One HP PC, LED monitor, cable modem.

Last time it happened two days ago I let it sit overnight and when I turned it on in the morning the battery had charged and it started. Ran until tonight when the above happened. So it wasn't the breaker because I didn't even look for the breaker until tonight.

Here's the Event Log from the last time it quit

6/13/1317:23:20Power Failed
6/13/1317:23:20Online (Green Mode) - Exited

and the data log for the same time:

6/13/1317:22:45129.6129.627.010060.060.020.136.0

The load was at a whopping 20% then because I was watching a Netflix movie.

The white part of the breaker is sticking out about 1/8 inch, doesn't look popped, and why would it pop?

Disconnected all loads (had to to get online!), reset sensitivity to minimum per instructions, turned UPS back on with no load, but the display shows ON BAT.

I can't have this continuing with summer power outages coming. The unit was bought new in January 2013.

Okay, just turned it on again and after a couple of seconds the ON BAT light came on. GRRRRRRRRRR

Last night it died again. This time with no load connected. Event and Data logs preceding the crash:

6/17/13    01:46:13    Power Failed

6/17/13    01:46:12    Online (Green Mode) - Exited

6/16/13    14:10:27    Online (Green Mode) - Entered

6/17/13    01:01:06    128.8    128.8    27.0    100    59.97    59.97    0.0    35.5

6/17/13    00:41:06    128.8    128.8    27.0    100    60.02    60.02    0.0    35.5

6/17/13    00:21:06    129.6    129.6    27.0    100    60.0    60.0    0.0    35.5

It powered up again this morning -- but unfortunately the power went off last night and my unprotected PC was running. Will I get a solution? The email tech support has been disabled??? This is the current status:
