Small Business Rack UPS Suggestions?

Anyone have recommendations for lower-cost rack mounted UPS solutions $500 or less? I have 5 servers (80w/each) and a few low power devices (switches, etc) in the rack at the moment. I have APC UPS connected currently but it isn't mounted in the rack and would take 4u and $100 for a shelf if I did.

I have been looking at this: "Minuteman 1500VA 1050W Rack Tower" but I haven't seem to find many reviews of their devices. Its a lower cost of entry and can support a SNMP networking adapter.

APC UPS are obviously more expensive and don't seem to have noise filtering unless they are in the $1000 range.
