I currently have an SUA 1500 w/ a solid red light for "replace battery", 1 green light for "load", green light for "online and 4 green lights for "battery charge". It started beeping yesterday but has quieted down now. I assume this means I need to replace the battery in the near future....right?
Anyway, I saw in your factory outlet that I can purchase an SUA 1500W. Is the SUA 1500 the same as the SUA 1500W? If not, what is the difference and would it be a suitable replacement?
Thanks in advance.

Hi rt1027,
The Replace Battery LED is designed to illuminate one to two months before the battery actually has to be replaced. To determine if the battery needs replacement, follow the steps [in this document|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9383/kw/9383].
The SUA 1500W is pretty much the same as the SUA1500 but it was factory serviced. Check the tech specs on [this page|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=sua1500w]
Hope this helps.Link copied. Please paste this link to share this article on your social media post.
