Hi!
We're using SU5000i, when I turn off the UPS, all loads connected still has power. What seems to be the problem?
We send this unit to a service center already, when they turn off the UPS, load connected shuts down., w/c I think normal. What needs to be checked on our side? Maybe the electrical side or there's really something wrong in the unit...Need help.
Thanks!
