SMX1500RM BATTERY ISSUE

Battery percentage in Display is 97% only even after charging for 2 days.

We tried by completely discharge and recharge it but still same issue.

Also we oberved that discharge starts at 97% and ends at 4 % ....

Any support on this

Serial Number: What is the serial number?

Battery: How old is the battery cartridge?!? The service life is stated as 2-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions. 

Voltage: What does the system indicate the float voltages is while inside the unit?!? What is the float voltage when the cartridge is removed and allowed to sit for 72 hours?!?

Self Test: What are the results of the Self Test?!?

Battery Calibration: The system must have a minimum of 30% attached load. Manually initiate a battery calibration what are the results?!?
