SMT750IC beep disable

Gentlemen,

I have mac and I am not able to fid powerchut for Sefora.

In the home Apc SMT750IC in settings,allarm menu the sound is off.

My problem is that every time the power is down the apc make beep.

Is there a way to disable beep always, in every condition?

You may follow the instructions outlined in the user manual on page 17 appended here: https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_enDocType=User+guide&p_File_Name=SU_UM_990-5442E_EN....

If that doesn’t work you’ll need a Windows computer running APC Power Chute software. There may be an option to disable the beep.

Lastly If you have a NMC in the Smart Slot under UPS Configuration tab there is an option to disable (Audible Alarm).

Thank you for the reply. I have only mac. By the way I have solved the problem disabling the green eco mod to normal.

I no longer have power drops.

No comment, powerchute on windows10 and with usb cable do not work. It fails during installation.

Via netowrk it does not work.

No good for me a product like this so much complicated to manage. We are in 2025. Make something.
