SMT750IC Smartconnect no connection

I have SMT750IC that support SmartConnect, before I'm able to connect into my router and internet and register the UPS on SmartConnect website. But now suddenly the SmartConnect connection on my ups is drop. When I configure using DHCP, my router DHCP logs show that the router has offering IP address but the UPS reject it. The UPS use 4.1 firmware so I can set the SmartConnect IP address manually and when I set the IP manually the connection still drop. I even have NMC connected with UPS, the NMC connection is fine (on same router, same switch). I tried switch the port that used by NMC to SmartConnect line, the SmartConnect still failed while NMC still connected after port on switch switched. I also swap the cable that used by SmartConnect and it still failed.

So I have done all possible solution that could be done, I'm now at doubt that the SmartConnect interface is broken. Is this issue might caused by SmartConnect interface broken?

And also I'm unable find location to download SMT750IC firmware 4.1, anyone who knows where to download I appreciate, I try to reflash the firmware just in case the current firmware is corrupted.

I've just resolve this issue by flashing back the UPS with same firmware, not sure if this hardware issue or software issue.
