I am unable to register our device on smartconnect.apc.com. I get the following error:
Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct. If you have connected your device for the first time, ensure that your device has an active network connection, and allow up to 15 minutes before trying again. For more information, visit the Help Center
The code on the display is SC.1, which per the troubleshooting page indicates that "The device has established a connection to Schneider Electric cloud services, and is operating normally.".

I spent two hours on the phone with tech support yesterday before they determined that my unit was defective, they are sending a replacement.
