RED REPLACE BATERY LIGHT ON .DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE UNIT OR IS THERE A REPLACEABLE BATERY ON THIS UNIT(SMART UPS 1500)

If the Reb replace battery indicating solid on it. Then you need to replace the battery only, not the whole UPS. Check the below mentioned link to find the exact battery part number for your UPS.
