SCL500RMI1U, problem with restoring native power management

UPS: SCL500RMI1U

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTS

I have a problem with native power management in Windows 10:

1. Connected UPS to the computer with a USB cable. It was detected as HID UPS Battery, windows started working with it. OS showed battery icon near the clock and correct UPS state on it.

2. installed PowerChute Business. it disabled native power management. I made some configurations I needed.

3. Updated firmware with Firmware Upgrade Wizard 4.3 to the latest version.

4. Uninstalled PowerChute.

Now I can't restore native power management in Windows 10. UPS is detected as "USB Input device". Updating drivers doesn't work. Connecting UPS to the another computer doesn't work too, Windows doesn't detect it as UPS.

According to HID standard and HID UPS Battery driver inf file, HID UPS should have HID Usage Page=0x84,Usage=0x4. But my UPS has UP=0,U=1, which is considered "invalid". And I think this is the reason why Windows doesn't see it as HID UPS device.

PowerChute drivers and software work good.

What can I do to restore native power management? Revert firmware? Hard reset USB controller inside UPS?
