SC450RM1U abnormal beeps and system shut down

Hello.
We are spire corporation, our one kind of machine install SC450RM1U UPS. Our one customer looks met UPS problem, so far we got the problem describe below. woukld you please give us some advices about this failure? If we get more detail infromatiom from customer, i will paste here. thanks!

Problem reported
UPS beeps and shuts down computer system after turn on the computer, and work about 10 minutes. This UPS installed about one and half years ago.

The UPS connects to the 110V power input, and the UPS privide power for Superlogics industrial computer and monitor. The customer said sometime they turn on the machine (the computer be turned on automatically), after about 10 minutes, the UPS beeps, and sometime the system shuts down, sometime they don't.

The problem reported by our customer below:

Sun simulator: - Problem reported
1. System shuts down after 5 or 10 minutes
2. UPS beeps and shuts down after a few tests.

To investigate the system operation, logged on to the simulator through Team viewer and observed the operation of the simulator for nearly 15 minutes. Carried out sun burn tests extended for longer period and no problems surfaced except SOVA reported that there was some beeping sound from UPS after about 12 test runs. However the system did not shut down at any time. Advised SOVA to contnue further testing but SOVA is expecting to have modules later and would run further tests and report if any problem occurs.
