Anyone have an idea where I might be able to purchase a new battery online (or in a store in Honolulu)?
Thanks in advance ...

Thanks again. I am now in direct contact with APC and on hold.
Interesting that the one Conext model the fellow can't find any info on is this one (CNB950). 🙂
Anyway, he's being most helpful and so have all of you been.
Thanks again and aloha!

I believe that unit uses an RBC32, made of 2 x 12V 7.2Ah (or 7Ah, they're the same physically). If you're capable of disassembling the pack and reassembling using the existing hardware, that particular type of batteries are readily available at security system and back up lighting dealers.

I appreciate your reply, and that may very well be a solution, but doen't APC/Conext sell a replacement battery for this product?
That would be beyond strange.
Anyway, thanks again. I call the security alarm peeps and see if they have these in stock.

Again, thank you.
I guess APC doesn't sell replacement batteries for their own product line. Very strange.
I guess I'll buy a Belkin, then.
