Recovering login/password from Powerchute software?

The former IT person never documented the login and password for the Power Chute software and we need to log into it. Is there a way to reset these items without having to uninstall and reinstall the software?

most likely not. what version of powerchute is it though and how are you accessing it?

I wish I knew. Cannot get to the help screen, as the login pops up. Theres nothing listed in add/remove with a version number, and when I do properties it says installed Dec 2005.
