RELAYswitch on ES-500va APC

hi there,

this questions bothered me,im doing all the remedy that my uncle thought me but nothing works.hahaha

1. thus a relay switch can cause a back-ups es 500 to beep so long?

2 .thus a capacitor too can cause beeping too?

3. i try to change the ic (coz im suspecting it but the back-ups still beeping)

4. what could be the problem if the ICs are the one was damaged/defected?

5. APC back-UPS CS 650 all indicators blinking w/ a beep tone too,w/ or w/o loads it still the same,what would be the best solution for this? or would i throw it away?

share: when es 500 is beeping 2 times in every a second interval replace the battery alone.
