Question on installing a J15BLK in a rack

I currently have an audio/video system mounted in a rack.  It has an APC power conditioner that I want to replace with an APC power conditioner with a battery backup.  I'm looking at the APC J15BLK but see that it is not rack mountable.  This unit is taller than my current unit and I do have the room to install it.  Will this unit fit in the rack if I purchase the APC AR8125 1U Adjustable Shelf?

My AV expert counterpart told me that for J types too, you can use SRAILKIT -> http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SRAILKIT
