Product Information web links are broken

If I go to the main support tab:

http://www.apc.com/site/support/us/en/

And then enter my APC model: bx1000g

http://www.apc.com/site/support/US/en/product/BX1000G/

The above page comes up but when I click on the different options I get the following below.

http://www.apc.com/site/products/index.cfm/category-or-family-not-found/

Example: If I click on options I get the above...

I get that for any model UPS.

Hi John,

Thanks for the feedback. I will pass the error along. In the mean time to get around this you can use the search bar in the top right of our website to get to the main product page (link below). 

http://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/APC-Power-saving-Back-UPS-XS-1000VA-120V/P-BN1080G

From there you can scroll down and click the options tab. Be aware though that not all products will have an options tab.
