Hi
Yes that's the model.
How did I determine no output, the computer shutdown immediately, as did the display.
Any way its within the warranty period so its being swapped.
I reckon it may be the inverter
First one gone defective and I have been using them for over 10 years, got three on site,
and a very old/heavy serial one, still works.

Hi aim,
This is an interesting one. I'm assuming that this is the BK500IE with the IEC electrical connections. How have you determined that there is no output? Have you actually measured the connections with a voltmeter or is the equipment which used to turn on, not turning on now?
