Problème avec mon Battery Backup XS 1300/780Watts

Pourquoi la batterie de sauvegarde LUN. me donne seulement 3 min. d'autonomie de batterie, dis ce Modèle Puissance max. 780Watts Et le logiciel me dis que j'utilise seulement 156 Watts.

Dans mon ordi. J'ai un SUPLY puissance de 750Watts et un écran de 24 pouces.

Sur les prise arrière avec l'utilisation du Battery Backup j'ai branché «l'ordi, écran 24pouces, câble modem et routeur seulement. »

S'il-vous plaît me répondre en français,

Je n'ai pas parlé français pendant quelques années mais je peux essayer...

Le logiciel peut être erronée au sujet d'autonomie de la batterie. Avec 156 watts, vous devriez obtenir près de 40 minutes d'autonomie. 3 min est certainement incorrect... à moins que la batterie est très vieille. Il peut se corriger si vous débranchez l'onduleur pour un peu de temps, peut-être 5-10 min.

Avez-vous le numéro de série?

D'accord... Mais avez-vous débranché l'onduleur pour déterminer combien de temps ça a duré? Je pense que le logiciel est incorrect.

Bonjour Buzz

Oui, je viens de faire un test aujourd'hui (08 mars 2010) et logiciel a indiquer 9 min.

Il y a beaucoup de variation entre la réalité (14:45sec.) et après avoir fait un test (9min).

Quoi faire pour résoudre mon problème ?.............Est-ce que je dois changer le logiciel ou peut-être que la batterie ne garde pas sa charge.

Quand je débranche l'alimentation (120v) la capacité de la batterie descend très vite.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi le logiciel indique seulement 9m, mais le temps de fonctionnement va changer que la puissance varie. Généralement, il réactualise correctement après environ une minute de fonctionnement sur batterie. (Est-ce que "sur" le mot correct?)

Honnêtement, je pense que votre ordinateur utilise plus / moins de puissance, ce qui provoque le temps de fluctuer.

Quelle version du logiciel utilisez-vous? Et quel système d'exploitation?

ok j'ai refais un test et cette fois le tempos de fonctionnement a été de 14m 45sec.
J'ai brancher seulement mon écran et l'orinateur sur le Battery Backup.

système d'exploitation : core2 duo, E8500 @ 3.16GHz 3.15 GHz, 4.0 GH RAM

Utilisez-vous Windows 7 ou XP? La nouvelle version est de 2,2 - je ne sais pas pour sûr, mais elle pourrait mieux fonctionner.
