I replaced the battery but it is still not working. I get the repetitive beep when I turn it on and the battery charge flashes, showing no charge. I tried the instructions to reset (via a post saying to unplug, take battery out, hold power for 5 seconds...but I don't see how that could do anything nor did I see anything change). I turned the sound off and left it charging overnight. No change, it still shows the battery as dead/empty.

Any ideas?
