we have a SUA1000RM2U Smart UPS at our plant, is there any Preventive Maintenance checks that we can do to keep our UPS in good condition ?

Hi Faris,

You may want to check the condition of the battery (i.e. is it too hot to touch, is it leaking or venting, the age of the battery). Check if the runtime decreases, does it still support the load. Every 2 weeks the UPS starts a self-tests, if there is a bad battery detected the replace battery indicator would lit up solid. If you have a network management card installed on the UPS you can log into the card and check the temperature and log files. If the network management card is not available, PowerChute Business Edition can be installed to help you monitor the UPS.
